Sustainable Technology Centre (Singapore) Ltd. is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon, circular economy. Dr. Richard David Hames
Chief Strategy Advisor
Richard has been honoured with numerous awards including a French Government Scholarship, a Leverhulme European Fellowship, the Mondadori Professorial Fellowship and the inaugural Lord Attlee Fellowship.

He has doctoral degrees in music, medicine and computer science. In 1994 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and in 2004 a Fellow of the World Academy of Art & Science. He is founder of the Centre for the Future and Chairman of the Asian Foresight Institute. Richard David Hames is a philosopher-activist, author, mentor and a master of strategic foresight. Richard is considered to be among the world’s most influential intellectuals.

He was recently referred to by Forbes Asia as 'one of the smartest people on the planet'.
Alina Ma
Chief Technology Strategy Advisor
Alina Ma is prominently positioned in China’s technological and scientific sectors.

She currently serves as the Assistant Director of IoT at the Research and Development Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an Executive Director of the China Scientists Forum, a board member of the National Technology Transfer (Hainan) Center, and a Senior Researcher at the China Management Science Research Business School.

With an extensive background in Political Science, Law, and Finance, Alina previously excelled as the Executive President and Secretary-General at the China Low Carbon Industry Investment Center, further solidifying her role as a key influencer in her field.
Dr. Martin A. Blake
Chief Sustainability Strategy Advisor
Dr. Martin A. Blake is a distinguished strategist and visionary with over 35 years of executive experience.

He maintains a portfolio of global directorships and advisory roles, influencing sustainability and governance across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. Dr. Blake has significantly shaped organizational change, notably at Royal Mail, where he led award-winning sustainability and CSR programs. His academic roles include Adjunct Professor of Sustainable Business Development and Visiting Fellow at prominent universities.

Previously, he contributed to healthcare and oil industries in the Middle East, notably with Saudi Aramco. Dr. Blake holds an MBA and a DBA focused on Organizational Change.
Dr. Geoffrey Williams
Director of Academic Partnerships and ESG Policies
Geoffrey Williams served as Professor and Provost at Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). He is a Visiting Fellow at Universiti Malaya, a Visiting Research Fellow at Bank Negara Malaysia, and was previously Deputy Vice Chancellor of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

A Cambridge-educated economist, he has held academic positions at Oxford, London Business School, and the University of London. Williams created the SRI-Kehati Sustainability Index for the Indonesian Stock Exchange and received a Lifetime Contribution Award in 2017 for his global work in CSR and sustainability.

His research on economic, fiscal, pensions, and labour policy is widely published and impactful. A prominent media figure, he contributes regularly to Free Malaysia Today and is featured in major global outlets.

Chief Visionary Officer
Francis Koh, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of the Sustainable Technology Centre (STC), has a 25-year track record in real estate renewal, rural repurpose development, and technology transfer.

Representing national technology agencies, Francis bridges technological gaps through international collaborations. He organizes annual events focused on sustainable built environment technologies, green real estate investment, and international new energy, and presents ESG recognition awards to facilitate communication, knowledge transfer, and thought leadership.

Recognized for his leadership in national business chambers and ESG initiatives, Francis is a key architect of a sustainable future.
Melvin Chan
Chief Engagement Officer
Melvin has been a leading figure in CSR and ESG for over 20 years, fostering innovative connections between technology, environment, and community impact.

He founded the Global CSR & ESG Summit & Awards, Asia's longest-running event in its field, now attracting over 500 prestigious corporations. Melvin's extensive network includes researchers, impact investors, and venture capitalists, creating a vibrant ecosystem focused on developing technologies and businesses that positively impact the environment and communities.

His work exemplifies a deep commitment to sustainable development and recognizes global excellence in ESG practices.

Sustainability and Supply Chain Innovation
Freda Zhang has over 20 years of experience in senior management with multinational brands.

As the former President of IKEA's Global Product Supply Chain in East Asia and Vice President of IKEA Retail China, she led major initiatives in expanding the global supply chain, enhancing ESG capacities, and advancing green industry practices.

She played a key role in the omni-channel retail transformation and strategic development of IKEA in the Chinese market. Post-IKEA, Freda served as a managing partner at Vanke Development, focusing on supply chain efficiencies and consulting on sustainable investment projects for notable private equity funds.
Chris Qu
Health Innovation
Chris is a seasoned executive with over twenty years in high-end medical management, adeptly leading the setup and operation of international healthcare facilities across China.

With substantial experience in Singapore and Australia, she has deep insights into both local and global healthcare markets. An active philanthropist, she raised over 3 million yuan for VIVA's Children's Leukemia Foundation in 2017.

Chris serves as CEO of Lianfeng Remote MedicalHealth Management Services, VP of Operations at Columbia (China) Medical Group,and holds key managerial roles in several healthcare and business entities in Shanghai, Australia, and Singapore.
Dr. Jingyang Zhang

Dr. Jingyang Zhang holds a PhD in Environmental Health Sciences from UCLA and has extensive expertise in environmental management and ecology.

He specializes in sustainability assessments for technology trends, leveraging over 20 years of consulting experience with McKinsey & Company across multiple regions and industries. Previously, he served as Vice President at CCDI Group, focusing on corporate strategy and green building advisory.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Zhang was a research scientist at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, researching the impacts of acid rain on forests. His work spans global contexts, including China, Southeast Asia, Korea, and the Americas.
Yeo Han Yong

Han Yong is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, and venture capital.

With a strong background in real estate, philanthropy, and sustainability, he has successfully led businesses from inception to IPO and through M&A. Han’s philanthropic work focuses on educational initiatives and supporting the adoption of abandoned children, making a lasting social impact.

Beatrice Zhang
International Liaison for European Partnerships
Beatrice Zeng is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in finance, management consulting, and innovation.

Having spent eight years specializing in arbitrage and Asset Servicing Operations at Goldman Sachs UK, and as a management consultant at KPMG London, she advised major clients like the LSE and National Grid.

Her international stint includes working as an Investment Banker in Shanghai. Committed to social causes, she supports gender equity in STEM through UNDP's "Her Digital Future" project.
Dr Anthony Davies
Environmental Biotechnology
Dr. Tony, with over 20 years in the field of biological products for waste stream treatment, founded Organica (UK) Ltd. in 1998.

He developed and manufactured bacterial and plant-based cleaning products used globally in retail, marine, fast food, and more. His innovations include unique dosing systems for various effluents and treatments for land contaminated by harsh chemicals like petroleum and PCBs.

Cyan Lee, has over six years of experience organizing local and international events.

She holds a Higher Nitec in Event Management and a Diploma in Integrated Events Management. Cyan has worked at Experia Events Pte Ltd and Pico Art International Pte. Ltd.
